The Ministry of Water Resources, Irrigation and Electricity and the Wind Energy Project (GEF and UNDP financed project) intended to update Sudan wind Atlas in accordance with the specifications and conditions contained in the terms of reference.

Interested eligible companies who wish to submit their bids should meet the following conditions and requirements:
1. The Registration Certificate of Business.
2. Company Profile.
3. In addition to that, Sudanese companies should have to submit Valid Certificate of Zakat clearance, legal stamp, Valid Certificate of Tax Clearance and VAT registration Certificate as well.
The Ministry of Water Resources, Irrigation and electricity is not constrained to accept the lowest or any other tender. Receipt of tenders in two copies (original and copy) stamped and signed, and placed in sealed envelopes to be put in the tender box at the office of the “Wind Energy Project” project manager at the building of the General Directorate of Renewable and Alternative Energy- Ministry of Water Resources, Irrigation and electricity, Khartoum- Burri, east of Kober bridge and civil defense authority.
The deadline of bid submission is Tuesday: 13 March 2018 at 12:30 PM (LOCAL TIME), date of bid opening.
