The Project Board meeting took place on the 17th of January 2017 in the conference room at the premises of the Ministry of Water Resources, Irrigation and Electricity (MWRIE).
The meeting discussed in detail the following agenda:
- Revision and approval of the minutes of the 3rd board meeting.
- Review the progress of the implementation report for the year 2016.
- Approval of the project plan and budget for the year 2017.
After a comprehensive discussion, the Project Board concluded with the following decisions:
- Accelerate the implementation of all the elements of the project.
- Initiate a committee to follow up and accelerate the baseline project finance.
